For a strip club with a great VIP...the Penthouse Club is one of the best hands down...another good one for VIP is Christie's Cabaret on 32nd ST and Washington. Either way you can't go wrong.
Most Strip Clubs in Arizona, and especially Phoenix, don't have "vip rooms"... "touching" the entertainer is usually not permitted. However, Centerfolds, in N Phoenix, has somewhat of a VIP area and YMMV with the performers.
Centerfolds has a great VIP room. Nice leather sofas, and reasonable privacy. It's a one time $20 admission fee, dances are $20 each, and WELL WORTH IT. I agree that YMMV, but most everyone gets pretty good mileage.......
