Just trying to find out about any more reliable local agency in Arizona besides phxfantasy and sultry desires ??

Agencies have mostly shut down, or owner and workers facing felony charges with potentially long prison terms or a plea deal.  Agencies are criminal enterprises and most have been investigated often for six months recording all info about them, sitting in parking lots, reading reviews before the bust.   Ever since Desert Diva's with 100 arrested and leaders got prison. Yes, 99.9% of the risk is with the gals not the customers. And its a minor misdemeanour for a customer vs serious felony for gals - associated with criminal enterprise etc is what so many now in Court or have taken plea deals over the last few years have been charged with.
