...does anyone remember Carla Brazil?  Apparently she's now based in Las Vegas.  I recall back in the day when she was based in the Valley, she was the subject of much debate relative to rates.  Well, that element of her repertoire hasn't changed.  Doesn't appear she has a current profile on TER, but she references TER reviews on her site.
