I don't have a huge amount of experience but I have enjoyed a couple of spas here. Right now with the COVID restrictions many of the nice amenities are gone (robes, slippers) but the services are just fine. I have been to Inspire Day Spa off Hayden Rd. and it is nice but spa only with out the pool, sauna or steam room; Valley Ho Spa - very nice with all the amenities of the hotel included.  
Some I would like to try would be Kierland, Scottsdale Princess, and the Marriot at Desert Ridge.  
Spa dates are great. Get nice and relaxed and de-tox before heading off for fun time.
