issues on international trade (tariffs, import fee's etc) the single most difficult aspect is currency valuation. As an example if you'd entered into an agreement to supply or buy components from Embraer two years ago over a 5 year delivery span you'd have had the option of pricing in Reals, Dollars or Euro's. The single biggest factor in determining if you'd be promoted or fired would be that decision given the significant swings in the currency market since then. In international business....how you get payed is 98% of the game.....
