Forget the other of news Mesa LE, lets focus on soda trafficking.  At least 2-3 girls I have known have told me that they have known people arrested/cited for soft drink theft in Mesa!  Really!?  Apparently if you buy a water but add soda instead it is an arrestable offense in Mesa!!  Possibly refill fraud as well?  One provider several years ago also indicated Mesa LE had cited her for littering for throwing a cigarette on the ground!

Well now of the review of the Mesa LE video.  But first - having Scottsdale LE investigate this is like having Ronald McDonald investigate the Hamburglar.  Predict no charges filed.  But the video - basically appears to be a basic muay thai drill - good neck control, could have added an eye gouge with the thumb at least, but then good use of the knee but the rear hand was tense and if relaxed and loose and only tensed at the impact of the punch, plus if torquing hips and rotating more, he could have broken the jaw of the citizen, so he only gets a 8/10 due to no permanent injuries.
