poker, you'll want to go to Casino AZ off of Indian Bend and 202.   They have the best poker room, non smoking, many tables starting from $3/$6 up to $5/$150.  If you go on a Fir o rSat night, recommend you get there before 6.

I recommend the $6/$12 or $8/$16 for limit tables.  If you want a non limit table, $5/$150.
As for being loose or good action (in my mind is the same thing if you have the nuts and someone is calling you down, they are playing loose and giving you action) will depend on the players.  Sometimes I play loose and others I play real tight.  You will get the occasional lucky dumbass who will chase you down and suck out on the River.  When that happens to me, I change my game to exact some revenge (meaning play tight)  Have fun.
