I realize there's maybe six people out there, tops, who even GAF about this; but it's still easier to post this than send out individual messages. LoL

I'm stepping away from all of this. At least for now, hopefully for good. I've met someone incredibly special, and we're crazy about each other. I am not throwing shade at anyone else in any way when I say that this has always been a single-guy thing for me, and I've always known it would stay that way. It's pretty early in the relationship, but it looks solid. For the first time in my life, it feels like I have a chance to be happy with someone. I know it's a chance, but that's life.

I'm sure a lot of you are thinking "he'll be back." I can't see the future, but I'll say don't hold your breath. And don't take this the wrong way but, I really hope not.

I want to say thank you to the wonderful women I've met here. You're all awesome! And you did more for me than you probably realize.

Good luck with the attempt at civilian semi conformity. It works well for many people. It worked for me for quite some time and than not again for many years. I can say one nice thing about this endeavor is that its opened up my eyes to being able to separate sex from relationships. So many guys just put up with "relationship" stuff for occasional sex. Once you have countless options it enables you to take straight sex as something that can be enjoyed as its own entity without the ties..Man, Im deep
