And what is death by "legal intervention" anyway?  Are they trying to say that in Nevada and Oregon, the most distinctive causes of death involve being killed by the police?    

And California is a distinctive place to die of prostate problems?  

This map is more than a bit screwy in my "distinctive" opinion.

I really think this is a flawed design for determining "Most distinctive cause of death. WTF is the statistical meaning of   "distinctive"?
The whole thing is made up of idiotic causes.
