I still occasionally make trips up to Cottonwood/Sedona, but my limited experience as a provider in a small town can be summed up with one word.

Conspicuous.  

It's a lot easier to get lost in the shuffle of larger cities.  In a small town, I'm typically the only one wearing 'f*ck me' heels in public.
