When you meet a new provider for the first time, what small talk do you usually begin with?

well, being a provider, sometimes my clients who are brand new to the hobby
are a little anxious, understandably.  
(i was totally nervous my first 10 times meeting clients! and even now,
occasionally i still get a little bit angsty meeting anyone new)
so what I do, is ask them to get comfortable and then I lay them down
and give them a massage to help them relax and loosen up.
often the small talk will start naturally flowing, and the tension
is more diffused.  
then i kinda steer the topic towards....... well, you know.
