as to what "New" means on Ter reviews?  I've hoped someone else would have asked.

When you click "New Reviews", you will get a list of all provider profiles that have had a review added in the past 14 days.

Some of the providers will have the "NEW" indicator next to their name.  These are ones whose profile was created in the past 14 days.
