What's the scene in Phoenix?

For comparison, I'm looking for something along the lines of Delilah's of Philly/Rhino of Vegas/Library of Anaheim kind of place, if that means anything.

Are things back up and running right now? I know in some places the girls/customers are wearing masks: is that what's happening in Phoenix?

I don't usually go to bars, so, I haven't kept up. I heard Xplicit Showclub in Glendale reopened. They could be considered a restaurant, so, allowed to reopen May 11. Another place thought about it, but, reconsidered. As far as I know, most remained closed for Covid. Maybe I'll warm up to the idea of doing something fun with a mask on. Not yet.

I drove by Bliss on Deer Valley yesterday and it’s open.
