Hi Phoenix! I'm back for a short visit. I will be here from noon today to noon tomorrow, Friday the 13th! I would love to see some of my old friends and I would love to make some new friends too.

I am at a nice hotel near the airport and I am available from 6AM through 10PM. My rate is $300 per hour. Since I am an early bird, I'm doing a special for $250 per hour for any appointment that starts between 6AM and 2PM and $275 after 2PM but before 6PM.
