I have now been smoke free for 3 months and have never felt better.

I took Chantix for the first month and then went it alone. The Chantix definitely helped
take the edge off the cravings.

How did you quit and how long since you last smoked?

I've been bothering somebody very close to me to quit, smokes a pack a day... for like 10 years... No progress as of yet but I am very good at getting my way lol
