On Monday I called Sedona and set up an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. We agreed on time and place. She requested that I call her 2 hours in advance of appointment on Tuesday for directions to her incall location. I called 2 hours ahead as requested. Got voicemail. Left message and asked her to call me back. I received no return call. I called her back 1 hour before our appointment. Same thing. Got voicemail, and, again, asked her to call me back. Again, she didn't call. Our appointment time came and went with no response from Sedona. I called back again to try to find out why she had stood me up. Again got voicemail, and asked her to call me back and explain why she stood me up before I was forced to post my experience on the boards. To this moment, I still haven't heard from her(and no longer). I don't mind someone calling to either cancel or reschedule an appointment if necessary, but I hate being stood up! I thought that Sedona was reliable, but that, obviously, is not the case. Has anybody else had problems with her?
Oh, let's see. 5 broken appointments (not tried in a while.) What I can't figure out is why she makes appointments at all. Seems bizarre.
Guess she's just one more bona fide FLAKE!!!
It's been a while since I've seen Sedona (pre-retirement announcement) but I found her to be very professional and courteous because she phoned to let me know that she would be a little bit late to our appointment. She's had a very good professional reputation but your experience certainly wasn't professional. Hope you get a response.
Stood me up a few weeks ago. We exchanged e-mails and calls a few times. Everything seemed to be in order, except that she was quite adamant, that if my plans changed, that I let her know before our appointment. No problem right...SOP.
Date and time set, directions throughly gone over, all is well in the world, took the afternoon off work, anxiously awaited her arrival....no call, no show. Never again. Good luck.
