Baked A, the internet steramer convicted in Scottsdale city court for assault, disorderly conduct, and trespassing.

The trial was broadcase and he was outside the bar when the security guard said he was "about" to trespasss him and then showed him where the property line was and Baked A then moved behind the property line, thereby not committing trespassing argued by his defense counsel.

Then the security pushed him notwithstanding he was behind the line as previously indicated, and then Baken A. pepper sprayed the security and then security called LE.

Thus, it seems like it will be overturned on appeal since no evidence will support trespassing if he was behind the line as indicated as well as he was only told he was "about" to be trespassed and not actually given clear working he was was trespassed.  The pepper spray occurred after the push (assault) by security and thus Baked A. was denied his God given right to stand his ground in violation of Arizon self defense law.
