San Diego is definitely different from Phoenix but mostly because LE is more active there.  The natives are very cautious so you won't get much individual help from their discussion board.  There are a lot of well reviewed quality girls there but you have to do your research.
If I could only be with one girl in San Diego it would be Jenny Sue-- this girl is awesome!  She is not reviewed because she doesn't want to be.  But she is very well known and is active on the TER discussion board there.  You can find her website and contact info at the accompanying link.

Tried to answer this earlier -- did I get deleted?  Hmmmmmm.  Anyway-- San Diego is different from Phoenix but can still be very fun.
