I was in Arizona last week, and I had e-mailed Ryan to set up an appointment.  She was cool about it, and I even e-mailed her when I was on my way.  I ended up having a co-worker surprise me at the hotel, and i couldn't say i already had plans.  I didn't get to contact her until much later.
We get upset at NCNS from the providers, so I feel like we should show the proper mea culpas when it goes the other way.  Ryan, I am sorry, and I truly believe it was my loss.  I do hope if I get that way again, you would let me see you.  I promise I will make it up to you.
