Bill Austin retired back in February after 20 years from KEZ 99.9 Beth & Bill show. Today he died of bladder cancer. So sad since he was only 55.
When he announced his retirement it was never discussed that he was ill. This is truly sad news. I had met him a couple of times and he was a true gentleman and a funny man too.
I met him once while he and Beth were doing their cooking show a few years ago and seemed a genuine sort of guy. Sad to hear that this was the reason for his recent retirement --
