When is a agency responsible for a providers shortcomings?
I have used an popular agency on 4 different occasions. And I’m batting 500. Two of the gals were great the other two well to put it mildly were a not so great.
The first time something happened with this agency I was out a fair sum of money with no service provided. When I called to address the issue the phone operator’s response was “we have had some issues with her” That’s it?
The second time something happened the girl did not even show up and I did not even get a call. I waited 20 minutes then I called the agency. The agency operator’s reply was she has not been answering her phone all day. I had plans for the evening after the session (set schedule) I feel as though I should have been notified.
In an apparent attempt so make me feel better the agency offered up a replacement provider claiming that they were going to give me a discount. But the discount was the same price I paid for all the providers? Except the two I have seen with this agency.
I had a simular issue with one other agency. and They made things right for me ( Thanks Adam )
Is the Agency responsible to make the matter right. I thought so. maybe I'm wrong. I would like to get some advice on this matter.
Not all providers are equal (this goes for indies and agency gals). Some are simply better organized or more consistant "performers". The agency can only do so much....that being said one agency may manage the variables better then another. I'd say I've seen 30+ gals from 3 agencys over the last year and had 20+ super sessions, 6-8 excellent sessions 1 good session and one so bad it was a total waste. Overall I like those odds, find the agency (or agencies) that work for you and stick with them. Same for the indies....support those business entities that do right by you.

with AZM. As former "hobbiests" Jack and Danny spent literally decades on your side of the phone. I've always felt they will meet you more then 1/2 way on any issue.
To me Paul (DD), Jack & Danny AZM and Scott (havent met Brian yet) at AZ Confidential all do a great job. I never had any issues with TLC but havent used them in two years or so for other reasons.
