Thanks, your e-mails give me encouragement. It's always great to receive a reply from other poor spellers, and I appreciate your interest in my thoughts about the question, “ why do we use aliases…. Well, here we go….

The nature of the subject matter on the TBD and TER boards might predispose people to inadvertently liable; consequently, they (aliases) are used to keep the user's name a step further away from the public eye. It's just another layer of the administrative "onion", if you will.

Also, I agree, that the TER staff could probably find out any users true identity, as could just about any LE agency, particularly in lieu of the Patriot Act. I believe, this knowledge--along with the implications it has on the first amendment-makes the users and staff particularly susceptible to legal action, per the recent, late, great, TBD legal debacle. The next time, the investigators and attorneys just might get it right! And, who knows who will be subpoenaed to testify?

Also, in the case of “Lady Sylvia” (formerly of Tucson and southern California) her fluency in spoken and written Arabic, her ties to several particular Arabs in Tucson, southern Cal. and elsewhere, her precarious social status as an escort, the timing of her travels to the Emirates, England and Switzerland, and the fact that several Muslim extremist trained in Arizona, lends credence to the notion that these boards are monitored by those other than the staff. What a bummer! But, then again, why should any of us have anything to worry about if we’re upfront, honest and sincere? Don’t be paranoid.  Just be cautious.

As always, I enjoyed your e-mail. It made me think. Please write or post, again. Thanks. [email protected]

Dude!! Like you understand. Oh, wow, that's incredibly awesome!! You know, there is no natural surf in the gulf, but the jet skiing is totally unbelievable. Like, I had friend who was there and actually saw a sheik and emir bet millions on a Jet Ski race. The race was from the straits of Oman to the mouth of the Euphrates. And, the Jet Skies were piloted by naked Independent European escorts. The sheik and the emir followed them in a totally righteous open water speedboat and tried to shoot them with paint balls. The guy that won the bet not only got the money, but he got both girls, too!!!  And, my other good buddy, Todd (not the guy from exotics), told me that the Arabs were going to build a "surf-atorium" in Saudi; just like the one in Tempe, only bigger. I'm really, completely stoked on this one; I mean can you imagine the possibilities. Like ladies with wet suits under their berkas, transporting your nose rider on a camel, wheedling a scimitar as you bow to Allah in the green room. Ohhhhhh, wow! I can't stand it!!! Surf's up in the Gulf!!!

Like, you know, I got the same reaction when I made the conection between your alias and your profession. It was totally tubular!! And, your website!! You know, the gallary picture with the Egyptian motif was absolutely rightious!! I couldn't get enough. Once, during a 4 hour, early moring, marathon telephone conversation, Lady Sylvia commited that hilarity was the antithesis of evil, and better than you know what... In a very real since I think she's right, and she paid for the Tucson to Arizona call. She wouldn't have it any other way!!! Thank you very, very much. ROTFLMFFAO!!!!! e-mail me if you'd like, [email protected]

I think I'm going to melt or turn to ice.. It's just the way I am.  I haven't touched the hubbly-bubbly or booze in over thirty years, and I still make little mistakes. I'm constantly drifting further into the realm of senior moments. For instance, in my last to you, I mentioned the fact that lady sylvia wouldn't let me pay for the marathon phone calls, well, anyway they were from Tucson to southern California, and she did this several times a week. If you get a chance, do a thorough search and read on the TBD and TER, California and Arizona boards. Search for Sylvia, go back a couple of years and follow all the threads. This vanishing provider has quite a history. It's a real drama, and it's true! But, then, again, I forgot, you know this already! Take care and LOL yourself!!! [email protected]. Oh, does anyone say "Far out" anymore.....
