Pretty much any club that serves alcohol (aka not fully nude) has lap dances on the main floor for 7 - 10 dollars each...Penthouse club is a great one...also christies cabaret and bourbon street have awesome service/girls for that price. Any place that is fully nude (can't serve alcohol at these places though) will have 20 dollar lap dances almost always. The topless bars will have 20 dollar dances in the VIP sections.
