My preference is a girl who is attractive to gorgeous that is fit(no belly) and loves to kiss.  Passion and intimacy are most important in the service.  Whatever happens from there is a bonus.  When it feels like she is going thru the motions, it ruins it.

credibility, reliability - fulfillment of services - no turn and burn - to be made to feel like a VIP rather than a number in a line at a deli.  Some people want to pay by cc - do you have a merchant account set up w/ a business name that won't shock wives that may open a credit card statement?

Beyond that, in direct response to the question - attractive looks and fantastic service to me is worth far more than fantastic looks and acceptable performance.  

Being a marketing guy, this is my view.  Drop dead gorgeous women that have ok performance will get people in the doors faster at a higher price.  Attractive women with higher service quality at 250-300 will create more repeat customers and a steady base.  That said, why not offer a mix and recruit heavily amongst anyone that's been reviewed to lend you credibility.

upon looks, body, and performance.  There are times that I am fine with average looks and performance for the right price..then sometimes I want the drop dead gorgeous and/ or performer and am willing to pay a higher fee.  There maybe a need for 1/2 hour rates for guys with smaller budgets and/or time constraints.  For the most part I like an attractive enough provider that I would go on a date with, some kissing, and a nice figure with little evidence of child bearing.  Personality, genuine concern for my pleasure, and genuine response to by efforts will go farther than just good looks and/or body anyday and more apt to make me repeat.

To me, its about sincerity and intimacy first.  I believe things work best when the person with whom I am visiting really enjoys what she does.  Withing the context of a relationship that is inherently professional, making it a bit personal always wins extra points with me.  And, finally, I think that financial arrangements should be clear and agreed to well in advance of any meeting, and that there should be absolutely no discussion of same during the meeting.  I also much prefer slender/tight;  can't help it, just my own thing.
