Had a good client join as a paid member told him how much fun he would have on TER with the boards ....so he joins as a paid member then makes a few unmoderated posts in Chicago decides to write his first review {of me } and it comes back deferred so he asks why and they say he has already written a review on this provider before ......meaning me LOL he has never even logged in to TER before much less wrote a review he has been going back and forth all day 5 e-mails later still no resolution .....told him I was sorry to put him through this today now he is just mad at TER asked them to prove he did a review show him this review and nothing .....I told him I would not blame him if he unjoined TER and got his money back .......I only hope all these new changes get fixed soon before we lose more nice guys like him
I certainly feel his pain. I have about 5 reviews that have not gone through with the ye ole tag of "not enough details". Gave up on those five after submitting one or more times with more details. Recently though, TER does seem better for me...at least till this response
Hey Vic, I'm sorry to hear your friend is having such a difficult time with TER. Ask him to be patient and persistent. Maybe he could try again in a few days or next week.
I would assume the folks steering the ship are trying to manage the trainwreck that has been created by the admittance of BBFS in conversation and reviews. They probably have members screaming from coast to coast.
The staff at TER generally takes a day or two to respond to any online requests. I have a feeling they are just swamped at the moment!
I do understand the firestorm that is going on but they had time to e-mail him back 5 times in fact so somebody is working just not correctly.......after all this is said and done the truth is once that poll came out on BBFS the deal was already done they had already decided to include it in their venue no matter what we thought or said so from the begining it was a moot point IMHO our input carried no weight at all
Which was going a long way in establishing them as far as being real,but unfortunately some idiots aer just writing a 2nd review to get the first one posted and it's not working
Thats a new for me I have several first timers since returning get theirs posted only difference is they need two to qualify for free time instead of one ...or so one told me
