How can someone have a J-lo ass and a six-pack at the same time?

I remember hearing J-lo say on an interview that she admonishes her trainer from making her too fit. She reminds him that her ass is what got her as far as she has.

I think we should call this the J-Lo uncertainty principle. That being that it is axiomatic that the amount of fat loss precludes the naturally beautiful booty that many women have. In other words, it's the fat that makes them have curves.

I appreciate all the input. Lots of squats and sit-ups. I've had my eye on Sophia but she is a little old for my taste. Although who knows but being more of a masge guy until recently this is an enjoyable expedition
