Let me start by saying I HAVE A DEEP DISLIKE FOR AGENCYS. Welcome to our large community, and i mean that unless you screw up like most do. Untill you prove yourself as legit by more than a few local hobbiest I will not be a fan, my ears will be wide open. Do you have Local friendly rates? Are you interested in tourist dollars only? Compared to what I put TLC through i'm being quite plesant. TLC has proven to be Local friendly and Taylor Lynn has been a plesant surprise and i use their service as I do PHXqts who Mya owns (been with Mya a couple of great times, but not Taylor Lynn YET) Good luck with your services and please play nice.

PS Desert Divas, Having 2 web sites with the same girls but with differant names is not a good start.

Reesert Divas and Scottsdale's Elite

I can understand your dislike of agencies as most of them aren't worth a salt. (at least in Arizona through my experiences)  People like Taylor Lynn and what Desert Divas is set to be will hopefully help to take some of the animosity away from the "agency" title.  

As for having two websites, I have only ONE and that is under the domain desertdivas.net.  The only girl you could possibly be referring to with two different names would be Amber (formerly known as Drew).  Drew was a former employee of mine who worked with me for approximately 4 months.  We parted ways under good terms and she decided to work for me again about a week ago.  Thinking her name would still be Drew as it was before...I listed it on the site as such.  The next day she complained profusely about how Drew sounded too masculine and how it was too close in proximity to "Andrew"...women  I had already decided that I was redesigning the site and when I uploaded all the changes(including her changed name)...I did so under new directory titles (the old ones are still there so what you are seeing is the same site but an older version).  I overlooked the fact that old links could still exist and still hit that old URL.

Thank you for pointing it out however...it is being fixed as we speak  As far as local friendly rates go...we do offer discounts to clientele who use our service more than once...and we will always be offering up monthly specials, etc.

Reesert Divas and Scottsdale's Elite

If I were to go on calls or see clients on the side, I would be taking business AWAY from the wonderful ladies that contract with me, something I would NEVER do. I treat my girls with respect and would do anything for them, not against them.  I may be a martinette, but I am a fair and honest one!!

That being said, I look forward to meeting you this weekend and doing some heavy duty flirting.  

And, yes, compared to what you put me through, you are being EXTREMELY NICE!!    

I understand your hesitation to see any of the girls I work with.  I am not offended, and should you choose not to see them I will continue to be happy to reply to your posts and/or e-mails.  As far as whatever you "put Taylor Lynn through," I can only hope it wasn't too mean and I would expect that you aren't planning to put my girls or me through anything unpleasant... to use your words, please play nice.  
Our rates are equal-opportunity; we do not favor tourists nor do we favor locals.  Occasionally we will post a special for TER local board readers only, but the girls I work with do not negotiate their rates.
I have been in the business a long time.  Many know who I am from my provider days, others have already gotten to know me as an assistant, and I hope to have contact with many more locals and out-of-towners both.  I have always prided myself on top-notch service, and will continue to do so.
All my girls have gotten off to a good start; I want nothing but the best for them, their clients, and the community at large.  Sit back, relax, and see how we develop!

Zoe, welcome to the valley.  I do wish you and your girls well.  I did look at your site and you have some beauties.  As for your rates the tourist will pay but locals will not.  Having said that you obviously can charge whatever you want.  There are to many top providers in the valley well under your fees.  Again, welcome and good luck.

Good luck with the tourists. Ahhhhhhhhh the busy season. Oh no summers coming lets lure the locals in through a special. Nope dosent work. The ladies will have to travel to make a buck next summer. Sorry you dont favor locals because some agencys and most independants do. Again good luck, and i do mean it. But he's open and in your face about it. Whatever he'll say behind your back...he'll say to your face first. The flip side is he will go the extra mile for those he considers a friend. "We" (the experienced local hobbiest community) will go out of our way to help and support those who have earned our trust and respect. Your making a very big mistake if you think it doesnt pay to be friendly to the locals. We're here all the time and we support those who go just a bit farther to make us feel special...are we...probably not...but everyone wants to feel that way sometimes.

Thanks for the welcome!  I appreciate your input...luckily I have found that even a summer start has been fantastic, and the locals have responded tremendously.  My girls are wonderful and working; we couldn't be happier.  
You are right; there are many wonderful ladies out there, so you all have a wide selection in many price ranges.  As they say, there is a shoe for every foot and a foot for every shoe!

Wow, I think I have been very friendly!  So sorry if I have said anything you think is unfriendly, but I can't imagine what it would be.
If you mean friendly as in rate discounts, the girls all set their own rates, and at this point nobody feels the need to lower them.
I have no doubt that you are all wonderful guys; like I've said, if you want to see one of Scottsdale's Elite, great, and if you don't, no problem.  I will still respond to your e-mails and/or posts and you are always welcome to contact me.

Well to ease your dislikes for agencies I happen to have had the privledge of knowing a few people in all three of these.  I can tell you that I have worked with TLC before and it was a pleasent experience  I now am on Scottsdales Elite in which we are not an agency just a few girls smart enough to get an assistant to help us with all our paperwork crap! I have more than proved myself and I definitly feel I am worth a hell of alot more than $200!  I know the rates I offer now are much lower then they used to be and the time is extended to 90 miniutes. I don't know what kind of hell you put Taylor through, but speaking for myself, this business brings enough headache  to everyone in some way or another. I sure don't need any one throwing a little extra my way. Now are you asking for a friendly rate for locals or for a cheap piece of A__!  Remember its the quality of a product or service you are paying for, not just the item or in this case the girl.  If you want the best you must buy the best!  As for Desert Divas I have not met any of the lovely ladies yet, but I can tell you Adam is hot as hell!
