It’s been on my mind for a long time but for what it’s worth, her it is. Years ago when I decided to get in the hobby I took a chance and called TLC. When the session was over I thought wow, that’s what I call good professionalism and good service. Because the service was so good I never looked anywhere else. Because I travel a lot nationally and internationally and use agencies when I do, those were the only comparisons I could make. I had not used an agency in Phoenix for years because of the independents I had developed trust with but I never forgot the level of service I had received from TLC. Well, last week I called them because there was a provider there I had an eye for. The service was every bit as good as it was years ago. Even with all my travels TLC is the best. The point of this post is not only to give praise to TLC, it is also to say we hobbyists need good agencies in the market along with good Indy’s. As for me I will make it a point to do business with TLC even if I am seeing independents, its good for the overall health of the hobby. And speaking of independents thank you Mya, you’re the best.
