I need your prayers, good thoughts and best wishes!

Hello everyone.  It is with a very heavy heart that I write this post to you tonight.  I have recently received very bad news about my father.  He is in an ICU in Pierre, South Dakota after having a heart attack.  He has fluid on his lungs that the Dr's so far have been unable to remove.  He is not breathing on his own, and he can not move, or talk.  

What I ask of you is your prayers.  I am not a very religious person, but I do believe things happen for a reason and that there is someone out there that makes certain decisions about us.  I believe in good vibes from people who send out best wishes from their hearts.  I know none of you know the great person that my dad is, and most of you dont even know me...But at this time I just ask for all of the prayers and well wishes and positive thoughts for his recovery!

I should be going to South Dakota soon, just a matter of getting things together and finding the funds...your heartfealt good wishes are sure to help me and my dad in this very hard time.

I keep your dad in my thoughts. I don't know you or your dad, but from what I've read on this board & this site, your good nature & great personality has to come from somewhere. I belive if your a good person your dad must be great. I hope everything turns out for the best.

I am so sorry sweetheart...That is so devistating. Even more especially if you are really close to him. If you need someone to talk to call me: 602-326-0295... sometimes you just need to vent. I wish there was more that I could do for you. But my friendship is here. And my prayers are with your family. I used to pray a lot and was very close to God. I stopped when I started to entertain because I knew it wasnt moraly the right thing to do but I am learning to regain my relationship with God again. No matter what you do or what you have done... he is forgiving and you know what they say... God loves you!! Talk to him. And most of all.. have fate babygirl.

Coming home from work today and finding these very kind words from ALL of you meant more than you will ever know!  It's been a hard day for me, but even harder for my dad!! I know that with your support and prayers, he will be ok!  Thank you so much to all of you!

I immediately said a prayer when I read your message.  I know how hard it can be when a loved one is far away and is not doing well.  But with such wonderful people praying for you and your father I hope everything will turn out well.  I will continue to always keep you and your father in my thoughts and prayers.  Remember what Sky said no matter what...
