I would settle, for them looking at e-mails, with evidence of stolen/copied pics.  Now, I feel that they(Eros) should screen the ads, when they are submitted.  But, failing this, just look at communications, when they get them.  
Example.  Looked up, on EROS-Houston, for an army buddy.  Saw no fewer than 5, that were using pics, of escsorts, in London.  This should be stopped.
Second thing, I'd tell them is Correct info.  Now this they should do, withs every ad submitted.  Indy/agency.  Not so much, here in PHX, but a Big problem, in Vegas and LA areas.
Again, Nice work, Vic.  Will put in a good word, to Santa on your behalf.

p.s.  Hope you ain't freezing.

thanks to our  darling DOLL they are reading our  reponses and have called me... so Monday I will be speaking with their PR  people  any ideas or help you can give on what to tell them on how to make eros a better and safer site will help.

...as Gina and Danielle have already suggested...if they're going for a client base of savvy and sophisticated members they should shut out the scammers. I get emails from Eros about how they want to be a complete one stop shopping hobby experience including discussion, reviews, ads and white listing.

Unfortunately Eros is never going to allow reviews on their site nor white listing.
This comes straight form the top at EROS.

They are an advertising site they do age verification to prevent child trafficking
but they are not a screening business nor do they wish to be.They accept advertising from anyone of legal age,that is what they are in business to do ..make money.

Right now they are looking into ways to set us aside from the rest while not losing the other advertising income ,It's  not happening today but I do know that it is in the works.

In the mean time

What they do allow that you ladies can do and you guys can use to readily identify a legitimate provider
immediately is look for the note at the bottom of her ad that says Date-check,P411,and TER members email for screening information or words to that effect.(The only mention of any screening or review sites allowed is when used to state that it is used for screening purposes.)

You will find this on my ads the lovely Krista Starr and many other legitimate providers ads on EROS.
I am off to spend the holidays with the family back east ,Victoria I hope you have a wonderful informative discussion with EROS on Monday and come back and share .

...it seems they've created a site called Eros View. I assumed it was a new service of Eros but now that I've registerd and checked out the site, I don't think it is an off shoot of Eros. It's a bold use of the name Eros in the same general area of business. It would seem like copyright infringement to me.

Hi Kitty, read  your post  thank you  but one big point her is unlike TER which mostly men support  we women PAYEros so I would hope we  would have some power tro make it better men shop there but we pay for it .....should they not want to make us happy customers?

Asking EROS not to take advertising money from anyone willing to give it to them would be like telling Walmart not to sell their products to blondes for example,and just like one person refusing to shop at Walmart out of protest will not hurt their bottom line, one person not advertising with them will not hurt EROS.

We have to work together with EROS to accomplish a common goal,demanding they do our bidding and posting campaigns and encouraging ladies and gents to boycott them is not the way to accomplish this.

You can beat your head against a wall all day long but at the end of the day unless you do something different
you'll still have nothing but a headache.(not you specifically )

Or you can give them feedback,read their newsletters,check out the new provider blog.they are willing to listen and they want to make it better but yelling and demanding will work.

an escort by using google/images and/or tineye.  Make it a part of the submission form that escorts use to submit pics to ads  If the pics are stolen, the ad doesn't go up. Of course, there's always the chance they won't get any hits on either verification site but hobbyist needs to do more than take Eros word. However, it's a start

At the PORE we met personally with EROS, multiple times over 3 days. In addition a small group of us actually went to dinner with Stormi and their core leadership, along with group meetings during the PORE. Finally EROS met with a select handful of hobbyists in private to listen to their concerns. While some of their replies to the same things mentioned here were encouraging, others were not. Might I suggest you contact A' on the PO board and touch base with her. It is my understanding she is working very closely with them on multiple fronts. She can use all the help anyone can provide.

My personal opinion is somewhat biased. They make their money on advertising and I think that will always cloud the issue. Good luck and thanks for the hard work.

they make money off providers and if we quit spending it there they will have to change their ways  no one  wants a bad reputation in business ...case in point this is my first tour in 8yrs I did not spend $125 on a visiting ad  using them

Vic,

I fully understand and feel the backlash often of those that get ripped off by the fake ADS. I no longer advertise in Phoenix, Vegas is my primary location, with traveling ads to wherever my non adult business takes me. The base cost of an ad in Vegas is outrageous. Its 30 plus percent higher than the Phoenix rate. I can almost guarantee there as many fakes on the EROS VEGAS site as DOLL found in Phoenix, if not more. I would love nothing more than to see the fakes and robs go away.

Consider this, if you total the ads that DOLL found and multiply that times the Phoenix base rate, then multiply that times 12 you can see the issue. If EROS dropped each of the ADS that Doll found, they would loose almost 50k annually. This is why I am biased, I don't feel you can make the best decision when you have a conflict of interest. They definitely have a conflict of interest. In an unregulated world their motivation to regulate is minimal. Their motivation to make a profit is considerable. Their web traffic is ranked 21k in the USA and have traffic at 103k. I got that information of Alexa. Those are very big numbers.

I am 100% behind anyones efforts to compete on an honest playing field. And while I have seen EROS make some good changes, I have yet to see them do anything about fake ADS. I will give them credit where credit is due with their verification for age push. They are attempting to take a hard stand against child trafficking and I commend that.

I still believe  as consumers  we can make a difference and if there numbers drop as I think they already are  {in some states from $125 to 485 } for a visiting ad  now.......I would rather they raise rates and keep the quality  and standards high to include removing fake ads ....it.will be in their best interest in the long run.......I wonder how many providers do not pay for EROS due to all the FAKE ads like I stated earlier I did not place an ad  on my tour to Chicago  and believe me I wanted to  but felt I had to draw a line in the sand  be it a small one......I speak with Stormi on Monday and will let you know..... I only wish it were you instead of me speaking as you are much more informed please PM me your # and I will have her call you personally if you would not mind speaking to her on all of our  behalf  I too will speak with her but could use you and ALLURES back-up as you both are much more informed than I.....we need solutions for them not just complaints I love eros it has been my meal ticket  for many  years I just want it to be the gold seal for hobbiest and providers

Regardless of whatever happens with eros, it was really great effort on everybody's part (Vic, The Doll, and other commenters) to get the feedback together.  The only way anything survives is if people pitch in to improve it.  Thanks on behalf of everybody!
