I've read review on TER, looked at the special section for newbies and also seen all of this info on recent stings.  I'm a first timer concerned with security and being discreet.  Can any of the veterans recommend a good provider for a first-timer that would minimize my concerns?

It's a very common error for people to type phoenix411.com (an empty page) when the correct site should be phoenix411.net.
