I love sedona.. there are a few hotels i particularly recomend. the enchantment resort.. the food is fantastic  and http://www.oakcreekterrace.com/ they have rooms with fireplaces and heartshaped hottubs in one of the rooms get room 18 if you can.
call me i would love to accompany you where ever you choose to stay.
