There's only two ways to go in Phoenix for superior service at a very reasonable prices.  If you want to go the agency route, TLC is the only choice.  Taylor will take excellent care of you.  Also, Phoenix has been blessed with incredible independents who are great at what they do, don't kill you on cost, and are absolutely beautiful.  This would definitely include (but not limited to) many of the girls on Glen's Phoenix411.net.  I can personally vouch for several (Debbie, Kandee, Lauren, Sky, Sierra and Taylor Morgan) and have heard great things about all the rest.  Happy Hobbying!
