I have tried to setup an appointment with two different providers in the last week. The first one never returned my email or my call.
The second answered by email and said things were all set just call two hours before the appointment to confirm. Two hours before the appointment I call, and her number is not in service?!?
I am not going to say who these providers are, because #1 never responded so I have to infer she is busy on the holidays or doesn't want to take a chance on a newbie, hence it wouldn't be fair to hold this against her.
#2 may have had a legitimate problem with the phone company, and not enough time has passed to assume she is a complete blow off.
What really has me a bit grumpy is sharing my name and contact information with two of these ladies who I will never meet.
