I always talk to the client and the girl to get to the bottom of the problem. Sometimes things just don't click. You can't expect to have chemistry with every single person you see. Sometimes there are other issues involved. I listen to both sides and many times give the customer a discount on his next booking, even if it was just a chemistry issue. Now, and than I see a provider that works for an agency that gets a poor report from a hobbyist.
Does the management ever investigate with the provider in question to find out what may have happened at the session to trigger such a bad report? Do they ever contact the hobbyist to get their side of the story? Could it have been a conflict of personalties, a strange request, etc, or is the whole thing just written off?
I haven't taken the agency route as of yet, and I'm curious how agencies handle this type of problem.
Absolutely all of the quality services in town follow up. I have seen both Mya and Taylor follow up publicly on this board, in fact! Sometimes there is a problem with chemistry or timing or whatever, and having a third person to investigate, mediate and come to an acceptable solution for all parties is one of the great benefits to using services.
When a girl receives a less than favorable review while working with an agency, I doubt the owners wouldn't investigate the situation thoroughly. I definitely would not just dismiss it as it is crucial to an agency's reputation to turn bad experiences into good ones.
When my agency (Desert Divas) first made it's presence known to the TER community, a guy named Model62 gave one of my girls an atrocious review. After doing my own investigating, I concluded that the review was fake and explained my reasoning on the boards...some people believed me and most didn't. Eventually, thanks to danordanny, it was proved to be completely bogus as I had originally stated.
That is just one example of management following up on reviews...
If a girl acquires multiple legit bad reviews, she won't work for me.

My experience with ClubTLC,.Scottsdales Elite and the PhoenixQT's is they do speak with the provider and they work to make things right with the hobbyist. You will not be disappointed with any of the three above.
