Best way for her to deal with CPS is to show the Court she is willing to do U/A's every day and I mean every day.  Also, she should show the court she is willing to particpate in services above and beyond what is offered her.  She should demand parenting classes and anger management classes. If no services are offered she should yell loud and clear to the court that services are being withheld.  If she can't or won't do these things in the basic manner then, TUFF shit; Too fuckin bad.

If she can't demonstrate she is not in the wrong and winds up in a CPS dependency action, she will have a free attorney assigned to her by the court.
