I changed my email address from msn to cox a long time ago. I still have both but rarely check msn cause I just dont use it. How can I get ter to change it???? I keep getting emails to msn and then its to late...

Hi Sky,

I was not able to tell from your post if you used the "report a problem" button on your profile to try to correct the discrepancies already or not. If not, just click on that button and report your new email and website. If you have tried that, then Michael will have to answer your question.

Michael I am curious also. Usually you guys update new info sent in pretty quickly but sometimes I send in a report on a new website or email for a provider and it never gets updated. Hannah of Phoenix and I have tried to get her real homepage listed on her profile several times to no avail. It just always still points to her Cityvibe page. I have the TER seal on the front page of her site so I cannot figure out why they never update it.

Like I say you guys are usually very quick to update new info on a profile when submitted, it just seems once in a while it never happens no matter how may times the updated info is sent.

Hi Sky,

Just go to your profile and log a "problem report" using the button at the top. Staff will see it and make the appropriate change.

Sky,  Did you also change your website address? I just tried the link you gave at the bottom of your original message and it redirected me to cox.net map.

I havent changed the website address. It is www.playmatesky.com but on Ter it also goes to City Vibe. I tried changing that a long time ago and it was never done. I hear your fustration Glen. Thanks for the info Michael.
