Don't know about any providers there but Manny's can't be missed for a great party any night.  Also try the Sunset Cantina for a quieter place (sometimes) and the Pink Cadillac for a young, crazy crowd.  And I can't remember the name of the place with the mechanical bull (it's way too early in the AM for me) but that place is always crazy.  Just ask around and you'll be pointed in the right direction.
