I have a friend that is a provider.  She is an indy.  And she asked me if i  knew any phone ops.  She has good reviews here on TER.  Any suggestions for her?

I am using Madeline now and my phone calls do not get missed. She is very nice and great at what she does

I vote for Miles.  He is the bomb.  My clients love him.  He cares about what happens to me.  He is perceptive and deals with a full deck of cards.

Personally for me as a client it really messes up the experience when i dont talk to the provider. I cant tell if im going to have a connection. Cant seem to find out there personality. I tend not to see providers that dont answer their own phones. I also find it extremely rude if im spending good money that they cant take the time to answer my phone call.

Just my two cents.

One last thing .. I also find it kills the fantasy if a man answers the phone. I hear the name Miles and I'm sure thats why  I'm still yet to see Sedona. I also come from LA where its a much different system then out here.

I also know from the agency that i owned in CA that when i asnwered the phone I could book better then any woman could, but the issue was not getting hung up on and that happend probably 70-80 percent of the time.

I also know that when we had a phone girl book guys tended to want to talk to the lady of there dreams. Most would still book but again I would say its close to 30 percent that dont.Or they would call back 4 times in hopes that they could talk to that girl.  Honestly Its alot of money that you lose by not booking yourself. Also keep in mind we where too large to have a website and this was before websites really started to take effect. So with the visual of the provider i dont know if those numbers would drop.
