Yes, the City of Phoenix did pass Clark County, Nevada’s Escort Ordinances.  However, when Clark County, Nevada passed the same ordinances, they required weekly disease screening of all escorts.  When Phoenix passed Nevada’s laws for escorts, they failed to screen escorts for diseases.

Do you know what that means?  It means that you can legally sue if you ever contracted an STI from an escort who lied and claimed they were clean, because of the City of Phoenix’s irresponsibility to enact the weekly screening along with the passing of Nevada’s Ordinances.  It doesn’t matter if prostitution is illegal in the State of Arizona, it is the fault of the City of Phoenix for passing Nevada’s Ordinances within their city limits.
