I think it is his attitude.  If he is confident, happy, and playful that just makes me horny and want him.  It is also the unexpected.... kiss on the back of the neck, the unexpected phone call just to say hi was thinking about you, or that little something (like breakfast in bed or a single red rose) that makes him sexy even if he has holes in his underwear.  
Now what is true both with SO's as well as clients is for example, that light stroking down my body that really makes me think he is enjoying me as much as I of him.  In other words, it is the little things that make a man sexy, at least to me.

I don't know but there is something to be said about the way he looks at me when we first meet and while chatting on the couch. That is what will set the mood for me. If he dress me off with his look, I get all excited. So I would have to say his eyes and his mind, since they are the ones doing the "job" in this case.

Now, get your ass back here handsome, and let's work on it

I was going to post that question tomorrow
   But I will settle for giving a lame opinion
    what makes a man sexy.....His hands.... I say this because these are not only things that can be attractive to look at, but also the special thing that he touches you with. Think about when he puts his hands on your neck....runs them through your hair....and ever so slightly pulls you closer for that sweet kiss....
So I feel that every mans most attractive feature are his hands IMHO

is a man asking the question, "what makes a man sexy". If you have to ask, you don'yt have the sex appeal and you'll be keeping the providers active.

I agree with Sarahs post above and would add I am a sucker for a great smile and beautiful eyes,and yes clean underwear is always a plus......
