Welcome to the boards its always nice to have a new girl that posts this is a great way to meet all the TER gentlemen. I am fairly new to posting and my advice is to make sure you post your ad only once every 7 days or like me who goofs up finds myself moderated,I am a slow learner LOL . I did email tripod about the virus.  It appears that a couple of the pop-up ads are flagged by Macafee as viruses.  They assure me that's not the case, but if it continues... well, even if it doesn't continue, my plan is to upgrade to a banner-free site, which will eliminate the pop-ups.
