Hey Jucy, When I started last year I began with the agencies. Scott at AZC was very helpful as was TLC. DD and AZM are also as near to can't miss as possible. I'd recom med meeting a lady at least in her 20s who is experienced and well reviewed, but not jaded. Good luck and enjoy. The angencies and independants around town are great.
