We need a moderator with a firm but just hand and one  who won’t take bribes. We need a moderator who will commit to a robust ethic of procedural fairness. We need a moderator with a strong sense of virtue and social awareness. We need a moderator who'll understand the economic nuances that support the dynamics of this community. We need a moderator who will protect the interests of the meek and never, ever exploit or take advantage of those less fortunate. We need a moderator with compassion; one who can shoot straight and hold his liquor, but will never kick a man when he is down. We need a moderator who pays his bills on time and is not afraid of a hard days work. We need a moderator who is comfortable with honor and distinction, level headed and even handed, and who will never panic in a crisis. We need a moderator who is unbiased and unbigoted. And, we need a moderator with a great sense of humor and the ability to laugh and laugh and laugh.
