I have just learned that my recently acquired incall location is needed back by the landlord of whom I am leasing from.  I have found another incall location and could obtain this place within a week however; my new location requires first months rent and a deposit.

So, wanna help Ms. Jazz out?  I am offering incall begining this Thursday at noon until Sunday noon.  If you would like to help contribute to the "Help Jazz get her own incall" fund, I would be more than willing to accept donations in the amount of 250.  However, this offer will not extend past Sunday at noon.  This amount will also apply to those of you who might enjoy outcall up
to 10pm.
