I plan on being in the Phoenix area soon and was wondering what it takes to contact Jordan Kay. I have sent a few discrete
e-mails and left a couple courteous messages all of which none have been returned. I know she has multiple pages of good reviews but, is she flakey or just that busy?

As long as your messages and e-mails weren't rude in content as mentioned, she'll return your messages. She's worth the wait, as I'm sure you read in her reviews and is adored by many, myself included!

Jordon had posted some time back that her computer had crashed and she lost all her emails.  I'm sure if you leave a message for her she will respond.  Jordon is one of Phx's top providers and takes her customers very seriously. Good luck and hold on for the ride of your life.

Well as far as emails goes her computer has been down twice in the last week or so. She may not even have seen it. I am guessing that since her email was down she was also swamped with calls as well.

I would try again. To answer your question....she does not have a reputation here for flaking on appointments.
