Well, monkey_man_72, I can't answer for anyone else but there are providers that one has a instant connection with, at least for that hour or two or three.  Most provider/hobbyist relationships if there are any typically don't last.  Having said that there is rare occasions when they do and become very fruitful life long companionships and yes maybe even "L".  There are examples living in the valley now.  Sex is sex but how it is delivered and received is another story.  Otherwise you wouldn't care how one looked or whether or not they had make-up on, hair done, smelled good, etc.etc.  My take on your question.
