My first meeting with a provider was lunch downtown and we followed with a hot session. Try a meet in public over lunch but be discrete. It was very hot and arousing. We both enjoyed it.

Sure. Remember, you're paying for the ladies time. If you want to spend that time sitting across a table from her, that's fine. Pick up the bill for lunch and take care of her $$.

That's all anyone is saying. Look. If you have been on here for 2 years and not seen anyone, you need help. And that was not meant to be a mean comment for real. I have 3 reviews SHOWN under my name here. Trust me. It is a few more than that over the course of 9 years. Ouch - been to long, but that's another story.

Call an agency. Get your first appointment. Or think about why you are on this board.

It will be hit or miss. Trust me. Happens to all the guys on this site. Sometimes it is magical. Sometimes it is not. And don't believe everything you read. Pick a look you like. A body style. Read a comment or two with some above 6 reviews. See if she has reviews from guys in other cities. Look at the averages. And stick your toe in the water...

You'll find reviewers who are sympatico (guys who have the same taste). You'll catch her on a bad day. You'll catch her on a good day. You will have good and bad days. But if it is a look you like and a style, then it can be quite delicious. With or without chemistry.

My previous post was a comment on the two hour requirements. Heck, I don't book two hours on a first encounter anymore. Not worth the downside. And I thought it might be interesting conversation. I was wrong. Heck, a guy shows up for 30 and does not get out of there for 45-50min. No good for the girl.

But heck, if I was a lady in this biz, and someone offered to buy me lunch, coffee, a drink and gave me $ for my time, I'd make time.

There is no free lunch.

I can think of exactly one provider I have EVER seen actually promote the concept of an uncompensated personal meet and greet(search back in the posts for her "sweet propositions" post of 2/13), so that's certainly the exception to the rule.

I agree with JDBY that, were I a provider and someone wanted to drop a Franklin on me for having lunch with them, I'd do it. Gotta eat anyway, why not have a potential new client pick up the tab?

You might, through making some calls, get a provider to have a compensated "break the ice" lunch or something with you-but I doubt they'd want to encourage guys to do that in a public forum.

There's an old adage in the hobby (and elsewhere in life I would imagine):

"Ya pays yer money and ya takes yer chances!"

That's the significant difference between hobbying and, well...dating.

If you been lurking that long, you've gotten about as much of a "free look" at what the hobby has to offer as there probably is to have.

As the more learned have suggested, perhaps it's time to just take the plunge-unless you're completely bereft of sense and wasted all that lurking time learning nothing, hobbying in this town is as easy and safe as it's ever been.

Take the chance-they're all nice ladies, and they don't bite...
