I agree that if you look at eros-arizona and other websites, more providers do outcall only (than incall only or incall and outcall).  Outcall only seems to suggest to me that the provider is either a cash-and-dash or does not engage in "providing" enough to warrant obtaining an incall location.  Also, it would seem like outcall is not as safe.  Am I wrong?
