I have seem a couple of profiles where the services offered will list YES by a particular service, but when you read the reviews the provider did not offer that service.

I spent time with such a provider and she verified she does not offer that service listed in her profile. (Not a YMMV situation)

Does this information ever get corrected? If so, how?

There is a button at the top of each profile titled Report a Problem. Click on that and advise TER what the problem is in the profile. Banker

she should be able to go to problem report and correct info but it take 48hrs. I am stilll waiting to have my fake offensive review removed as of today.....

On the occasions I've seen an obvious error in a providers profile (like an old phone number or web site), I use the "Report a Problem" button to notify site staff than an error exists in the providers profile.
